Okie, since Maplestar wont be roleplayed by Amberflame anymore, Im going to let him...or her die. Her, for now. Well, shes on her last life so here it comes }}
Maplestar trudged up the hill that led to the Moonpool. Hope glazed in her eyes as she padded onward. Then, a mist appeared, clouding her with distant memories of The Gang of Stars. "Maple...star..." a handsome voice called from above.
"Oakheart?" Maplestar howled, searching desperately to find the shadow of the warrior, Oakheart. "Is that you?" She walked around in the fading misty sky.
"Yes, it's me..." The voice howled, slowly into an echo. "You are aware that your last life is here...arent you, Maplestar?"
Maplestar thought for a moment. She hesitated and nodded briefly, "Yes, Yes I am. Is there something wrong with that?"
"Your last life is about to end...Maplestar, be careful of where you go, this is a very special warning...you are to join The Gang of Stars as soon as your last life leaves you...I am not allowed to be here right now, Maplestar..." Oakheart mewed, his presence slowly fading away.
Maplestar was shocked, she shook her head defiantly, "No it will not come!" She longed to look for the broad strong shoulders of Oakheart, the soft pelt of the mighty warrior and to see the hope gleaming in the proud warriors face. It gave her confidence, except for now. She felt torn and depressed.
As the mist grew farther and farther, she could make out the hills again, with its beautiful curves. "I should enjoy this while I can!" She mewed. She slowly walked up, very cautious of every step. She stopped near a tree that protected her from the rain which was pouring down magnificently like a waterfall. "I .. will..." She stammered, "not...die..." She left off with a hiss.
It was morning, Maplestar stood up, stretched, not forgetting about the message Oakheart had given to her. "I will not die!"She yowled boldly. "I will NOT die, The Gang of Stars!" She hissed and smiled, as if that pledge had worked. She stepped off the tree and slowly made her way up the moonpool again.
She lay her nose down on the soft and cold ice. "I will...not..die...I...need...answers..." She looked up and saw another mist, though her body tilted forward and down and down, though she didnt recognize it, she thought it was from the dream. Her tail drooped over and slowly tilted over the ice. She opened her eyes and saw Oakheart again. "I didnt die!" She annouced, proudly, happy to prove the warrior wrong.
"You are wrong, mate." Oakheart added . "You are dead now. You are joining The Gang of Stars now, Maplestar."
"W-what?" She stammered, "I'm not dead!"
"Yes you are," Oakheart said gently.
"How?" She demanded, "I was just sleeping and trying to reach you guys until I--" She remembered. She had fallen off the ice and drowned. She bursted into a rage of sadness. "How can you let this happen to me?!??!!?!?!?!?!"
-- well, thats the death of Maplestar? Sure! Okay. so now the new leader of whatever clan Maplestar was in...needs to apply for this clan! --
